Ingredients:
For the Bajra Dough:
- 1 cup bajra flour (pearl millet flour)

- 1/4 tsp salt
- Warm water (as needed to knead the dough)

- 1 cup grated paneer
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- A pinch of garam masala
For Cooking:
- Oil for frying (optional if baking)
- Ghee or butter for brushing (if baking)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Bajra Dough
- In a bowl, mix bajra flour and salt.
- Add warm water little by little and knead into a soft, pliable dough.
- Add a teaspoon of oil to make it smoother. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Paneer Stuffing
- Combine grated paneer, chopped green chili, coriander, cumin, and spices.
