Vintage Steel Kitchen Cabinets

My kitchen was a clabbered together vintage kitchen comprised of turquoise metal cabinets, a 1950s 36” wide stove, and an enamel sink with drain boards.
It made me so happy, but I’m losing out to functionality. The vintage stove began to break and was too expensive to repair and with as much produce that I harvest, I’d much prefer a deep, two bowl sink, stainless steel. Those are two very large base areas that need to be refitted with cabinets/counter. The counter also currently doesn’t wrap.
I really want to keep the turquoise color and flat-faced (slab) look.

I can’t find prefab cabinets in the color I want and I can’t find prefab cabinets I can paint with slab style door and drawer faces. No luck on marketplace.
I can rearrange what I have and it works on the stove side, but I still need to work out the base cabinets from the right of the oven to the corner and through the sink base to the dishwasher.

Do I just buy a prefab construction grade sink base, corner base and whatever else fits and paint the same color as my metal cabinets?
Do I start from scratch and if so, who lets me pick a custom color?
We built this house 12 years ago, but I salvaged everything and DIYed much of the innards. I have no idea how the real design process works.
